Now, I have never actually ready the official USGA rules, but I imagine that we'll see this picture in the 2009 rules as an example of what not to wear. Although this might be what golf needs if they are trying to appeal to the whole NASCAR demographic that they are missing out on. Who in the Hell . . . OK'd this wardrobe choice
